November 2018 Dividend Summary

Here are the dividends I received last month.

T --- $177.00
OHI --- $137.94
HCP --- $38.48
PG --- $25.10

Total dividends received were $378.52.

Just a note, most of these dividends were received in my Cap One account and then transferred to my etrade account. HCP was the only dividend received in etrade.  Also I just noticed I received a Ford dividend earlier today in my Cap One account. Hopefully this is the last month this happens.

I've made two trips to California this year and here I am hiking in Lake Tahoe last month. Loved the mountains....definitely don't have anything like this in Texas. That pine cone was Texas sized!!

  2. MDP -

Let the dividends rain my man! I understand the frustrations with getting divvies in the CapOne Account after a conversion/transfer, frustrating. Hope that's the end of that, for you, as well. Nice work.

    1. Also - I ended up going to Ally instead of E-Trade - happy with E-Trade?

    2. Lanny,

Actually like etrade. I may switch everything over to Chase now that they have a "you invest trade" option (JPMorgan) integrated into their personal accounts. That way I can keep everything in house. I made a MO purchase a few days back and will monitor it.

Chase used to not have dividend reinvestment and their $24.95 per trade is the reason I used Cap One. Now I think I have 100 free trades and $6.95 future trades...we'll see

  3. hey MDP,

Healthy dividend totals from just a few sources.
Envious of that trail you're on. Looks like you picked an incredible day to be out hiking. The pine cones don't get anywhere close to that size where I'm from in Canada!

    Take care,
    Ryan

    1. Ryan,

They definitely aren't that big in Texas and certainly no elevation like in Lake Tahoe. It took a long time to get to this point and I am doing my best not to squander my freedom. I hope to travel quite a bit in 2019.

      Take care!
