  1. T will be a good stock to hold for awhile in my humble opinion. I just bought some last week wich brought my shares up to 50.

    1. D&h,

It's a slow mover that stays between 33-43 seemingly year after year. It will be good to add to over time!

That's one helluva way to add a crap ton of income, haha.

    1. Lanny,

T is an income machine for sure! I hope to add VZ soon as well.

  3. Nice buy here!!! How are you feeling about your GE purchase? IMO dividend cut is coming, which I think will drop it into the 17-19 range. Ide love to hear you are planning on holding through this period of uncertainty or getting out soon? Nice buy in ATT.

    1. Cd,

The GE position is so small that I probably would add more shares actually.

  4. Nice yield boost to your portfolio. I still don't hold T nor VZ but with those yields maybe a nibble might be warranted. For now, I'm looking at GE more closely as an accidental high yield. Thanks for sharing.

    1. DivHut,

Thanks! GE is a little shaky here. Every other industrial is reaching new records and GE is at multi year lows. Dividend might be cut, but it always comes back!

  6. Nice buy. I picked up 200 shares to open a position this morning on weakness. There's lots of support here with a nearly 6% yield. We're both getting back to where our former portfolios were. I wish you the best.

    1. AAI,

I may have to buy some more shares if it drops much lower.

  7. Wow - 100 shares. That's some nice income right there. Way to make a splash MDP. I don't know if I will be able to resist or hold off much longer if T keeps trading at these prices.

    1. Bert,

I am thinking the same thing. I would love to add more shares at these depressed levels.

Thanks! Congrats on the blog. Tip #1 focus more on your savings rate than your return rate!
