Well I finally broke through through hit a new net worth high for the year and hopefully I won't drop back down below $900,000 for a while.
My checking account is quite a bit higher because I sold off some positions. I plan to reinvest back into either the markets or perhaps start refunding my Lending Club Account. I never did earn more that about 6% on it, but with interest rates falling my maturing CDs will most likely fall below 2% when they renew and a fairly steady 6% income stream is perfect for me right now.
My current net worth of $904,935 is $28,008 higher than last October's $876,927. What makes this even more amazing is that I also spent $34,800 in cash to fund my lifestyle while making $0 in traditional day job earnings. This is escape velocity in real time and I LOVE IT!!
I also should note that my net worth despite spending over $60,000 during the last 20 months with again, ZERO day job income, has only dropped $1,000 since I retired at the end of Feb 2018.
Here is my net worth summary from October.
