Woah. Serious dividends there and huge Cash input. Your ten week streak is really bringing your portfolio into the next level.
ReplyDeletekeep on grinding till the wheels or fence fall off! lol
Or until the fence falls over.
DeleteI'll keep grinding, fence or no fence. :-)
DeleteMDP
MDP,
ReplyDeleteWowzers! So many large numbers. This investment pace is truly amazing to watch. Keep firing because the end target is in sight!
All my best,
Ryan
Ryan,
DeleteThanks bud. I am actually behind you younger FIRE guys as I hope to retire around 46 years old three years from now. I am doing my best working a lot of hours and making many sacrifices to reach FI.
MDP
MDP,
ReplyDeleteImpressive stuff, my friend. I'd already be pretty much financially independent with passive income of this size. Your new capital invested is phenomenal. I think that's pretty close to what I've invested over the course of the entire year.
Great stuff. That pipeline of yours is transporting some serious volume now.
Best wishes!
DM,
DeleteI would be retired already if not for my wife. She is very demanding when it comes to things like AC during the summer and heat during the winter. LOL!!! Also I keep trying to buy 'Ol Roy dog food and she insists on the expensive stuff for the dogs. Oh well....win some lose some.
MDP
Nice numbers for June! Some people may not expect to make that kind of passive income until they have at least a million dollars in assets, so it looks like you're ahead of the game :) Once you add in a rental property for diversification you'll bring in even more income through your pipeline.
ReplyDeleteLiquid,
DeleteThanks for the comment. I keep dragging my feet with the first rental and I need to just get started. I know once the first one is under my belt the next three or four rentals will be much easier.
MDP
MDP,
ReplyDeleteThat's really impressive. $2200 in dividends in a month is great... That's more than I would receive in the entire year. And over 11000 in new capital is wonderful.
Looking at numbers like this provide great inspiration for me to continue investing even more aggressively.
Thanks.
DGJ,
DeleteDefinitely keep the aggressive investments going. The faster you push the snowball now, the less you have to push later on. It looks like you invested 18k so far this year. Great job!
MDP
Wow, over 2k in dividends is awesome! It will be at least another year before I can hit numbers like that. That's a lot of fresh capital put to work. I'm hoping to do some catching up the second half of this year myself.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work!
Brent,
DeleteThanks bud. It looks like you are starting to ramp up your purchases. That's a great looking June you just reported. Keep up the fantastic work!
MDP
Great month MDP! The compounding is definitely real with $2,250 dividends in just one month, not to mentioned the $11,350 of new capital you've invested. Way to keep adding dividends to that pipeline!
ReplyDeleteWishing you continued success in your personal journey! AFFJ
AFFJ,
DeleteThanks my friend. I plan on adding more pieces to the pipeline one week at a time.
