  1. MDP - Nice passive income stream as well as some very nice purchases. I see four companies that we also own in our portfolio and most the remain companies are on our watch list.

Keep adding to that dividend pipeline! Wishing you nothing but success. AFFJ

    1. AFFJ,

Thanks, my friend. The mutually owned companies are probably ideas I stole from you. :-) Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a great September!

  3. You could build a nice stand alone portfolio based on this months purchases all by itself! Incredible to see all these massive months of dividends. Between your fresh capital and dividends, you are building up a hell of a snowball!

    1. W2R,

Thanks for the kind words. I unfortunately started later than most building my dividend pipeline, but I am working hard to make up for lost time.

  7. MDP,

Wow. Nice job, my friend. It goes without saying that four digits in one month is mighty impressive.

I hope to get there myself within a couple of years, but by then your pipeline will be bursting at the seams. You may have started later than some others, but you're definitely doing a great job of catching up! :)

    Have a great weekend.

    Best regards.

Thanks my friend. Reading about your journey provided the catalyst for me to stop just saving money and start buying solid businesses that will pay me for life.

I greatly appreciate all that you do!

  8. MDP,

That's awfully impressive both in the dividends you are receiving and the amount of capital you are using to buy more dividends and freedom to spend more time with family.

    Thanks for sharing your update!

Thanks for visiting. It has been a grind this year, but I know the sacrifice will be worth the extra work I have been putting in this year.

  9. MDP,

The amount of capital you are investing is amazing. It looks like you may be selling off some of your mutual funds to buy higher yielding and higher growth stocks? If so, I think that's a good plan. You won't have to worry about management fees eating into your growth.

    Keep it up!

    1. AAI,

Absolutely. I would sell off more funds, but I want to limit some of my tax exposure until next year. It will be nice to be rid of the funds fees in the future.
