All figures except my Jeep value are calculated using Mint.com.
The S&P 500 was up about 5.5% in July so good things continued to happened. While I did finish quite at an all time high (that was reached back in January), the portfolio is up almost the amount of what I have spent on living expenses. Never would have guessed this could happen back in March.
August is off to a great start as well and 2020 while not as great as 2019 could go down as a very solid year. I am very pleased with the results!

Lanny,
DeleteI really expect the unexpected at this point. I literally from year to year don't know if the portfolio is going to increase 100k or decrease 100k. Wild times, but enjoyable at the same time
